Returns 

Changed your mind? No problem! We happily accept returns on unused Cero products. When returning an item, please make sure it is securely packaged up, with adequate protection inside to ensure it reaches us in the same condition it arrived to you in.

Any return shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error/fault with the goods. Please ensure it has the correct postage attached as we are unable to accept any return which requires any additional postage paid. We also strongly advise that you use a recorded postal/courier service.

Pease allow up to 5 working days for us to receive the goods back. Once we obtain your parcel we examine the return, and all being well, process your refund within 48 hours. It can take up to 5 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account.

If you wish to exchange an item we recommend that you place a new order for the item and then return the unwanted item for a refund - this ensures you get your exchange as quickly as possible.
